SmartShops Pakistan is been conceived and designed with the combination of handsome private investment & top retail industry professionals to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions to the common man for his day to day shopping at a location close to him. Smart Shop provides various options (based on price, comfort and convenience) to common man. All of these products will be offered to public for sale at the subsidized price. None of the products at SMART SHOPS will be sold at the higher price in comparison to the local market. The products will be of premium quality, no substandard products will come under the tag of Smart Shops.

Smartshops pakistan plans to establish its network at every neighborhood of pakistan. Although its really big task, but we developed our model in a way which gives smooth way of operations and defined procedures

Our network is divided into 4 regions, 16 zones and covering more than 100 cities.

Each region is headed by senior level operational general manager and zones are headed by zonal managers. Every zonal manager is supported by respective area and terriotory managers.

All operational staff is also supported by respective supply chain & technology team.
